Loved the convivial environment where everyone can share their experiences, or not. Breakfast was decent, Wi-Fi didn't exist , and I couldn't resist renting a bicycle to explore the stunning views of the nonexistent garden. The shared lounge was the cherry on top!

What's not to love? Oh wait, the non-existent Wi-Fi.

We got great value for our money at this hostel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed that allowed us to sleep like babies. The location was perfect, next to a park and within walking distance of the center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to park our motorcycles in front of the cameras and reception.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety of food options.

Poor reception service: On both check-in and check-out, we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the reception area, despite calling for assistance. Noise control issues: There was no control over the noise made by other guests, especially after midnight, which was quite disruptive and disturbing.

Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, close to the center, washing facilities, good breakfast.

Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The children had a blast at the nearby park, which was just a short walk away. They loved playing on the swings and exploring the green spaces. As for the little ones, the hostel provided cribs and highchairs, making it easy and convenient for us. We felt comfortable and at ease knowing our children were well taken care of.

My wife says that it would have been even better if there were more child-friendly activities available within the hostel.

our stay at hi viseu was fantastic. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the town and next to a beautiful park. the staff were friendly and english-speaking, and the room was spacious, clean, and warm. we loved the modern and simple style of the hostel, and the kitchen had everything we needed. highly recommend!

The location was dope, with a sick park and sport facilities nearby. The rooms were mad spacious, with plenty of room for everyone and massive cases to store all our lit stuff. Plus, the temperature was just right for those hot summer nights, and the bathrooms and kitchen were hella big. The breakfast was on point too, and the staff were super cool. 100% recommend it!

The only thing that could've made our stay even more epic would be if they had organized some sick parties or events for us young party animals. It would've been off the hook to have some lively music and cool activities that really brought the vibe.

We stayed at Hi Viseu for 2 nights and were fully satisfied. The well-organized structure and welcoming staff, especially Katia and her colleagues, made our stay enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a fantastic shower. We loved having a relaxing room to unwind, watch TV, or enjoy a coffee. The location was easy to reach by car, with free parking right in front. It was only a short walk to the main attractions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
